Ingredients

Essences can be preserved in your choice of 50% water and 50% brandy or organic vegetable glycerin. If you'd like an herbal-infused glycerin, I'll choose one that best reflects the energetics of your custom essence.

Think of a goal, a value, a quality, or a vibe you want to embody: this could be anything from a specific characteristic, like self-acceptance or open-mindedness, to something more abstract, like "an abandoned parking lot overgrown with wildflowers" or "a breezy backyard at golden hour" or "the energy in my chest at the top of a ski run." Think of flowers or plants you might see or associate with that space or energy, or just send me your description and let me run with it!

How to take flower essences

Take 1-4 drops of your essence 4 times per day. You can take the drops straight onto your tongue or in a glass of water, or you can apply them topically, on the hands or face or wherever feels right.

Essences are energetic, spiritual medicine; they contain no physical constituents of the plants or elements they're made with.
